Bio:Mr. Bell was born and raised in the historic town of Paris, Texas. He attended and graduated form Prairieland High School. After graduating from high school, Mr. Bell attended Texas A&M University at Commerce where he majored in accounting and economics. Mr. Bell graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy. Mr. Bell is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Mr. Bell attended law school at the SMU Dedman School of Law from 2011 -2004. While in law school, Mr. Bell had the distinct honor and privilege to serve as a summer clerk for Federal Judge Sidney A. Fitzwalter, the chief United States District Judge for the Northern District of Texas. Mr. Bell graduated from law school in May 2004, and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2004. He is licensed to practice law in every state court of Texas.
