Bio:	A physical illness kept me away from my law practice some years ago. I have fully recovered and am as stong as I was in my younger days. However, during my illness I failed to respond to correspondence from one client who was in prison. I completed all his legal matters in an effective manner but failed to promptly respond to all his repeated demands for "status reports". He complained to the state bar. I promptly admitted my lack of attention, expressed heartfelt regret for my inattention and consented to a formal admonishment by the bar. This occurence has actually made me even a better lawyer than I was before. I am blessed to have a wonderful smart wife, family and legal staff. I am grateful to my clients who have stood with me over many years.
