Bio:	I started my insurance career in 1993 with a (T.P.A.) Third Party Administrator, WorldNet Services Corporation, as a claims adjuster responsible to resolve claims for Travel Medical Insurance, HMO related claims, Managed Care, Baggage Insurance and Trip Interruption Insurance for major international insurance companies. Thereafter and on December 1995, I went to work for Progressive Casualty Insurance Company as a Claims Representative, where for 11 years; I was involved in investigating, negotiating and settling claims of coverage, collision, fire and theft, property damage, liability and personal injuries from auto accidents. Two years later, I was promoted as the Team Leader for claims operations with increased responsibilities to oversee a team of generalists that handled the most complex coverage, liability and injuries claims. While working at Progressive Casualty Insurance Company, I completed graduate school in business; earned an (M.B.A.) and then went on to law school to complete my legal studies.
