Bio:	Professional Experience Mr. Davis has represented clients in a variety of settings and at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit through trial and appeal. Mr. Davis has significant experience in international aspects of litigation, including cross-border discovery and coordination of parallel proceedings. Mr. Davis holds a degree in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale (1995-1999), where he worked as an undergraduate research assistant in a group studying the structure and function of catalytic RNA molecules and protein-RNA complexes. Mr. Davis also conducted research for several years at The Scripps Research Institute, where he developed three-dimensional images of protein complexes involved in regulated gene expression. In 2002, Mr. Davis published a model of the regulated RNA Polymerase II holoenzyme complex using electron microscopy and 3D image reconstruction techniques. During his time at Emory University (2003-2006), Mr. Davis was Executive Managing Editor of the Emory International Law Review.
