commentPlease, run in the other direction. This thing is a monster. Zero response to 30+ calls over a one year period. I had to threaten it over voicemail to have it finally answer my call. Gas lighting, lies and blatant neglect for both myself and my child. My child is gone, I have no clue where they're at, police have no idea either. This thing is a despicable, worthless, abusive monster. If you have the negative experience of being assigned this thing, ask for ANYONE else, please. And for the love of everything, do not pay it any money.
