Bio: For over two decades, Ms. Fultz’s practice has focused on state and federal commercial and business litigation, subrogation and recovery litigation (products liability), and business development. She has tried several cases and recovered millions of dollars for corporate clients. Ms. Fultz was recently appointed to serve as a special master in Hillsborough County Circuit Civil Court. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Fultz was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Denise Page Hood in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan.Before joining Sheehe & Associates, P.A., Ms. Fultz served as an Assistant Dean and Professor at Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School (Tampa). She was also a partner with the law firm Cozen O’Connor in Atlanta, Georgia. While at Cozen O’Connor, Ms. Fultz exemplified her leadership skills by serving as the pro bono coordinator for the firm’s Atlanta office, chair of the Women Initiative Committee for Cozen O’Connor’s Atlanta and Charlotte offices, and as a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee. In 2005 and 2006, Ms. Fultz was selected as a member of the Who’s Who of Black Atlanta and in 2011 she was named as one of the Nation’s Best 40 Advocates under 40 by the National Bar Association.
