Bio:Theresa Beaton focuses her practice on complex business litigation in federal and state court. She has experience representing clients in the hospitality, software, telecommunications, and construction industries in general commercial, franchise, and securities litigation, resulting in the efficient resolution of many multimillion dollar disputes. Ms. Beaton is also active in the firm's pro bono efforts, including representation of prisoners in federal habeas corpus cases.
