Bio: Nathan was born in Washington, Pennsylvania. For his undergraduate degree, Nathan attended West Virginia University where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science in May of 2015. While in undergraduate, Nathan was a member of West Virginia University’s National Policy Debate team where he actively competed in numerous debate competitions throughout the United States. After completing his B.A., Nathan attended West Virginia University College of Law, where he graduated Order of the Barristers with his Juris Doctorate Degree in May of 2018. While in law school, Nathan was a member of the Lugar Trial Association where he was a finalist in the Lugar Cup—the College of Law’s annual in-house trial competition. Following graduation from law school and admission to the West Virginia State Bar in 2018, Nathan began work with Miller & Amos, Attorneys at Law, in Charleston, WV as an associate focusing in labor and employment litigation and consultation. He then continued his legal career as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Patrick N. Wilson in Marion County, West Virginia from 2019-2022. Nathan currently resides in Morgantown.
