commentPhilip M Brown is a liar. a thief, and just an evil man in general. He has harassed an elderly woman for years with constant trumped up legal matters causing her health damaging stress. He works with HOA's and their management companies. After bombarding residents with Ludacris fines he forecloses on their homes, and then sues them for attorney fees that have already been paid by the HOA. He was even sued by his own staff for refusing to pay them overtime as required by law. Philip M Brown is a disgrace to the legal profession and to humankind.
NIGHTMARE - 6/28/2022 - Little Philip and his criminal gang should be registered as agents of a foreign principle, tried and then hung for treason. -
