commentPhil has been used by my family for over 30 years now first he was my fathers attorney during a custody and divorce case then later on he drew up the will and power of attorney for my father as he was facing the prospect of death. Then My son was taken unjustly for medical neglect by Brown County Social services he traveled over and hr and a half on several occasions and never one time was late or had to continue and in the end we one our case and my sons where returned with a letter of apology as well would recommend him for anything he covers!!!
