He has litigated a wide array of civil matters involving personal injury, toxic exposures including lead paint poisoning, employment and discrimination claims, commercial litigation, and contract disputes. He has handled matters from the initial investigation through trial and appeal in both State and Federal courts in New York and has tried more than thirty-five civil trials to verdict.
