commentI initially contacted the office and spoke to his receptionist Bonnie and gave her the details of my case. I was sent a questionnaire to outline my case. After I submitted it, I was told that after he reviewed the stated questionnaire I would be contacted. I was contacted after Randy supposedly reviewed the paperwork and was told to come in for the $150 consult fee. When I arrived, I waited in the dingy waiting room for nearly 15 minutes because he wasn't there. When Randy finally arrived, I was escorted to his office. he spent about 15 minutes telling me that I had no case and every time I tried to speak he interrupted me saying "are you going to listen to me or what". Needless to say for 15 minutes I was talked down to and paid $150. I'm sure he could have decided there was no merit to the case (which I have since found two firms that dispute his assessment and for free, I might add) without the consult. Randy is what is wrong with attorneys.
