A layer I would recommend to anyone who is treated as if they are already has allegations that has smeared your name and reputation; and considered guilty until you prove yourself innocent. Mr.Decker was a gladiator when it come to trial. I was a single mother who did not want her daughter to be coerced into a criminals world just because he was her father and his family had money. My daughter was promised a puppy & a trampoline for making allegations that just weren't true to obtain custody so he could collect a welfare check & food stamps since he just got out of prison.He was not even on birth certificate & CPS was contacted while she was visiting him and he refused to bring her back home and police agreed to let him keep her. She was 6 and didn't even know this man , he had been in prison since before she was born. But these allegations he videotaped her saying was rehearsed and held leverage until THE MAN WITH THE PLAN WALKED IN, armed with the facts ... CPS workers, nor the big time lawyer they paid for was a match for Mr.Decker, he never allowed them to give me ultimatums and she stayed in my custody through out entire ordeal . He was confident and handled himself with class,not to mention he happened to be the best dressed in entire court room during trial. Sophisticated & sharp when cross examining. OF COURSE TRUTH IS HONORABLE TO DEFEND AND REVENGE ON IN LAWS WAS SWEET THANKS TO A SUPER LAWYER LIKE MR. DECKER. { fyi } update on relationship between my daughter & the felon father trying to take her from me ... She is been with me since day one and is now enrolled in college to become a nurse...him on the other hand has only been in her life just long enough for her to see he is still using drugs and breaking the law, she has no contact info to this day. And to think the CPS & courts were on his side ...THANKS RICHARD FOR YOUR SERVICE AND SKILL YOU SEEM TO HAVE FOR SEEING THRU THE BULLSH%$
