commentI hired Richard awhile back and he made promises to me up front that were not true.He did this for money. I think he just took my money and did very little. He presents himself very poorly in court and he upset my judge to no end. He makes up excuses for his poor performance and results. I would not hire this man again. I called him after y case and he has never returned my calls
