Bio:Janes & Backus PC has a long history in Central Michigan. Founder, J. Paul Janes, Sr. established the practice in 1958 in downtown Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. Eric Janes followed in his father's footsteps, along with Robert Backus in 1991 to join the firm. Andrew Brockman joined the Firm in 2017.
