Bio:	I practice in Florida, although I'm also admitted to the Colorado Bar (and was formerly admittted in New York). My practice involves the handling of appellate matters in most areas of civil law. In addition, I provide "trial support" by conducting legal research and by preparing motions, memoranda, responses, etc. I also handle litigation, prepare wills and contracts and assist with credit card debt. I’ve learned many things in law since I began practicing in Florida over 25 years ago. I’ve been involved with all types of cases and issues in that time and I’ve learned that a “one size fits all” approach doesn’t work”: every situation is unique in some way.
