Bio:Robert M. Worster III (Rob) is a 2005 cum laude graduate of the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. He is licensed to practice in all state trial and appellate courts in the Commonwealths of Virginia. Rob is a member of the Virginia State Bar and Virginia Law Foundation. He is also on the Fairfax Bar Association's Board of Directors and is Secretary of the Fairfax Law Foundation.   Rob has practiced family law and criminal defense since 2005, mostly in Northern Virginia. He handles all aspects of family law cases including support, protective orders, domestic assault and battery, military divorces, and custody disputes. He has resolved many cases through trial and alternative dispute resolution and routinely drafts complex prenuptial, property, support and custody agreements. Rob serves as a mediator (with and without attorneys) and was certified as a Guardian Ad Litem for Children by the Supreme Court of Virginia in 2009. Rob believes that the needs of the case dictate the most appropriate approach, whether it be litigation or mediation.
