Uncaring, unprofessional, will belittle you for asking his advice -

commentMr. McClay is a boorish pest: rude, unprofessional, completely unconcerned with anything but how much he'd be able to charge us. From the moment we sat down, Mr. McClay made it clear that my partner and I were a bother to him.
We contacted him about a real estate issue, and were invited, by the law firm, to come visit in person. In the middle of a pandemic. When Zoom exists. Which...okay. Fine. This was to be a thirty-minute consultation. And when we walked in, with our questions, we were belittled, spoken to as though we are idiots, and had to endure his haughty arrogance, culminating in the breathtakingly rude pronouncement "We're done here." after which he quite LITERALLY stood up and showed us the door.
Further, when we sent him an email outlining, politely but honestly, the reasons for our displeasure, he sent back the following gem: "Thank you for your thoughtful note. Your points are fair." He did not even have the decency to offer even a token apology.
