Imler, Esquire and Mark A. Buterbaugh, Esquire. During law school, Attorney Ugarte worked for two summers as a certified legal intern in the York County (PA) District Attorney’s Office. While there, he gained valuable legal experience and the opportunities to participate in various courtroom proceedings including: pre-trial conferences, guilty pleas, suppression hearings, and criminal contempt hearings. Under the supervision of an assistant district attorney, he conducted a full jury trial where a defendant was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, which ultimately resulted in a conviction.
