He's a portly bald headed shrimp who could never excel in law so he utilizes neo nazi type tactics he learned growing up poor in Indiana and has since developed a napeolnic complex in his dealings, Be careful using him. Roger Schumaker will rob you blind, he will threaten you. Will intimidate, but if trapped alone, one whack and this little MF'er will be in a coma,
