This attorney is a liar and she is rude. You cannot trust her as she will try to bully you to submit to her version of the law or facts. She is currently doing Federal Forfeitures and stinks at it. I am quite sure she is doing some bathroom deals with the Judges in the Southern District of Florida. She always has an excuse for not being on time with her responses and pleadings. She will say discovery is not applicable although the court sent her an order to distribute to the parties as they appear in the case. She refuses to follow court orders and is very arrogant about it. The bottom line is she is lazy and does not know the law.
