Bio:	I am an experienced and trusted former prosecutor, who handles all types of criminal cases, primarily "white collar" matters, in state and federal courts throughout California. I have extensive experience defending against allegations of mail and wire, tax, bank, and bankruptcy fraud, as well as theft by false pretenses, embezzlement, and the like.
