He spent the first part of his career representing employers, before deciding to join Martin & Jones in 2015 out of a desire to help hard-working men and women who have suffered life-changing injuries.Steven graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law. While in law school, he was recognized for earning the highest grade in both Workers’ Compensation and Sales (UCC Article 2), which included study of North Carolina product liability law.Prior to law school, Steven attended Lenoir-Rhyne University, earning an undergraduate degree in Political Science. During his time at Lenoir-Rhyne, he was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha (the National Political Science Honors Society) and the Deans’ List.
