Bio:	I opened my own law practice in 1991 to help regular consumers with their basic legal needs. I form living trusts and write wills, do probate and trust administration and help consumers file chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases. I have represented over 1500 consumers since I first began my law practice. I always provide a free consultation and do most of my work on a flat fee basis. I graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting in 1984. I passed the CPA examination in 1985. I graduated from California Western School of Law in 1989 in the top 10% of my class. I won numerous scholastic awards in Law School as well. I have written two books recently.
