Bio:CV Notable | Tara K. FrameFor as long as I remember, I wanted to be an attorney. My father and founder of the firm, Vernon Frame, was a practicing attorney for 50 years before he retired in 2002 at the age of 80. I grew up watching him help the residents of Anne Arundel County, primarily Pasadena, Glen Burnie and surrounding areas, when they needed legal advice or representation. He went to work every morning and came home every afternoon whistling a tune and with a smile on his face. I remember going to work with my father on Saturday mornings and pretending that I was preparing for trial or drafting a client’s will.I attend high school in Severna Park and subsequently moved to Baltimore where I attended the Johns Hopkins University and earned my bachelor’s degree. While at Hopkins, I played for the Blue Jay’s Women’s lacrosse team. After graduation, I went on to attend the University of Baltimore School of Law and graduated with honors. Growing up watching legal shows like “LA Law”, my dream was to become partner in a large law firm. With that goal in mind, I went to work for a mid-size firm in Baltimore, where my job was to represent defendants and insurance companies in auto accident and workers’ compensation cases. I soon realized that the type of cases that I was working on was not what I was meant to be doing. I felt that I was not helping anyone, but merely working to save the insurance companies money in their efforts to avoid paying injured people. In 1996,
