His flat rate style means that he takes a large sum of money and doesn't do the things he said he would do. He took my $5,000 and let my husband's attorney do all the work. Draft and file Marital Dissolution Agreement – didn’t do. Attend hearing to obtain Final Decree of Divorce; file any applicable local court forms necessary to finalize divorce – didn’t do. Draft and file Qualified Domestic Relations Order – didn’t do. He was extremely unprofessional and completely unhelpful. I basically did all the talking in the consultation meeting. I only knew what was going on in my divorce because of my husband's attorneys who did an excellent job for him. I did my own negotiating. Tim did nothing for me but got paid for doing next to nothing. He said he was going to refund some of my money but never did. The person who referred him to me was shocked and embarrassed by his behavior. She was also shocked he didn't give a refund.
