commentIf you're looking for a criminal defense attorney that will stand up for your rights, don't look here. Not only will Mr. Stanley admit that prosecutors engaged in unethical behaviour but refuse to do anything about it, if a prosecutor does something illegal he won't even bring it to the judge's attention - he'll just withdraw. And his flat-fee contracts for criminal defense contain a no refund clause - don't let him fool you, that's illegal under Arkansas law. At least the contract terms he used with me were in 2019
