Bio:Since becoming a lawyer in 1993, Bill Phillips has enjoyed a broad experience in commercial law. Bill’s transactional work has included commercial real estate loans, SBA loans, equipment financing, renewable energy project finance, condominium and homeowner association documentation and general contract negotiation.
