Bio:Wyatt Johnson has substantial trial and transactional experience in real estate, land development, construction, contract and commercial matters. In addition to traditional court appearances, he regularly appears before the city and county development authorities as well as various administrative agencies. Wyatt graduated summa cum laude from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1993. In 1998, he graduated in the top quarter of his class from Northwestern School of law at Lewis Clark College in Portland, Oregon. In conjunction with his professional practice, Wyatt is an active member of the legal community. He is currently serving a six year term on the Idaho Supreme Court Evidence Rules Advisory Committee. He is also on the Board of the Idaho Trial Lawyer's Association. He is a past Chairman of the Idaho State Bar Litigation Section. He regularly lectures at seminars and workshops providing continuing education for attorneys and other professionals.
