Bio:Fort Worth, Texas has been my home since I became a lawyer in 1986. Originally from Wisconsin, I moved to Texas in 1983 to attend the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas. After graduation I moved to Fort Worth, worked in Dallas at a large firm, then in Fort Worth at a medium sized firm and then left the practice for six years to stay home full-time with my two daughters. I started back to full-time practice in 1999, and worked on a variety of cases. I chose to limit my practice to family law when I started my own solo practice in 2001. Since then I have enjoyed helping hundreds of clients through divorces, custody changes, child support modifications, paternity suits, name changes and adoptions. The fact is that I like what I do, and I do my job well. My clients tell me they appreciate the kind of lawyer I am, the service I provide to them and the way I provide that service. By limiting my practice to family law in the Tarrant County, Texas family law courts since 2001, I have gained a level of experience in these courts that is invaluable to my clients. You want your divorce lawyer or your custody lawyer or even your adoption lawyer to be a person who takes the time to listen to your concerns. You want a lawyer who knows how to address your concerns in court and who is honest enough to tell you when the legal process will not address your concerns. That's the service I provide to my clients. Past Employment Positions: Rain Harrell Emery Young & Doke
