One child custody case was reversed on appeal after it was established that the judge violated a client’s Constitutional rights. In another case, a drug testing order was successfully challenged when the testing methodology was deemed scientifically invalid. In another matter, evidence introduced in one trial led to the discovery that a client’s email had been illegally intercepted implicating the defendant and his attorney in a subsequent federal court wiretapping proceedin
