Bio:Mr. Alwine is a partner at Robert Allen Law who represents plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. He began his legal career with the United States Navy, Judge Advocate General’s Corps, serving as a prosecutor and defense counsel based in Washington, D.C. and Sicily, Italy.
