Bio:Ms. Sedey graduated with honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law in May 2009 where she received her Juris Doctorate and a Certificate in Labor & Employment Law. Prior to joining The Case Law Firm as an Associate Attorney Ms. Sedey worked as a law clerk for the firm for three years. Ms. Sedey has worked on a wide variety of legal projects and has a diverse body of experience in employment law firms including negotiating settlements and severance agreements, researching and drafting legal memorandums and briefs, arguing motions in court, interviewing witnesses, and answering and organizing discovery. Ms. Sedey graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Science from New York University where she studied Urban Education Reform & Policy. While at NYU, Ms. Sedey served as a research assistant for several professors and interned at the NYU Institute for Education & Social Policy. Ms. Sedey's interest in employment law developed early and she has been working in plaintiff's employment law firms since high school. During her under-graduate years, Ms. Sedey assisted in a nation-wide class action lawsuit representing women who had been discriminated against on the job.
