While Rich was born in Boston, Massachusetts, his family soon moved to Riverdale, Georgia, where he grew up and attended school. Rich’s passion for the law led him to become a police officer in Peachtree City, Georgia, where he served over a decade in uniform patrol, criminal investigations, and administration. Over the next eighteen years, Rich broadened his organizational and leadership skills in the private sector, holding various managerial positions in sales, projects, and operations. Rich graduated magna cum laude from Liberty University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems with a minor in Accounting.
